Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Rug

Carefully roll your rug and secure it in its original plastic packaging or an equivalent protective wrap to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Print your prepaid return label from the portal, attach it securely to the outside of the package, and drop it off at your nearest designated courier point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
